This form starts the guardianship process. Please have your child’s passport and the school’s letter of acceptance at hand.

  2. 2Pay the $200 administration fee, then the full fee of your chosen package
  3. 3We prepare the custodianship documents for notarization
  4. 4Your child’s guardian is confirmed before arrival
